What people think of you is none of your business

Tegan: This girl she’s like - It’s her turn or whatever - and I’m like “Hi how’s it going? Do you want me to sign your stuff?” and whatever. And she’s like “Thanks for finally getting out here.” or something like that. I was just like “Pardon?” And she’s like “Thanks a lot for making us wait.” Like lays it on. I’m like “Well you know we working, we were busy backstage.” And she was like “This is your job”. And I was like “Well… actually this is extra” And I was like “You know we had a long day, we travelled really far you know and whatever. Usually post-show we like to relax a little bit maybe have a drink. A lot of us shower before we get on the bus because it’s like 12 or 14 hours before we get to a venue again.” And she’s not having any of it. She’s like whatever just gets into the photo. So I’m like - At this point Sara gets this look, she knows me and she’s like “well then back away, back away” And I’m like “Excuse me? No how about no! No photos” and Sara’s like “It’s cool it’s cool everything is fine. I’ll take a photo” Like you know she’s sort of peace keeping or whatever. And the girl grabs me and like yanks me like towards her or whatever I was like “What the?”
